Instructions using alias email and sending emails

1) Your alias email can be used for personal advertisements and official usage which will be redirected to connect@tcf.life

2) Login page  and password details for connect@tcf.life provided upon successful completion and approval of alias request form  (click here or Link is found below)

3) When sending email from connect@tcf.life you edit and personalize your name as shown in below picture

[Name] , TCF at UAB

Email usage Instructions

  1. Professionalism:

    • Use a professional tone in all emails.
    • Address recipients respectfully and clearly state the purpose of your email.

  2. Subject Line:

    • Always use a clear and descriptive subject line.
    • Example: “Meeting Agenda for TCF at UAB – July 15th”

  3. Signature:

    • Include your name, position, and contact information in your email signature.
    • Example:

  4. Attachments:

    • Limit the size of email attachments.
    • Use cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) for large files.

  5. Confidentiality:

    • Do not share personal or sensitive information via email.
    • Respect the privacy of all members.

  6. Replying:

    • Use “Reply All” only when necessary.
    • Respond to emails in a timely manner.

  7. Meetings:

    • For meeting invites, include all relevant details (date, time, agenda, etc.).
    • Confirm attendance promptly.

  8. Alias Use:

    • Use your TCF email alias for official TCF communications.
    • Avoid using personal email addresses for TCF-related matters.
